Brown Sugar Pie
Yield: 2 pies
Ingredients:
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 1 TBSP flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 eggs, beaten well
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- 2 regular 9-inch pie crusts or 1 deep dish crust
Directions:
- Prepare pie crusts.
- Mix together the butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk.
- Add brown sugar, flour, and salt.
- Pour into the pie crust and bake at 350° F for 30 minutes for a regular crust or 60 minutes for a deep-dish crust until set.
- Cool completely.
